feet; (2) along a curve to the left having a radius of
1155.92 feet, an arc distance of 134.89 feet, and a chord
which bears North 74' 40' 23" West for a distance of 134.82
feet; (3) North 81' 53' 02" West 61.99 feet; (4) North 08'
06' 58" East 34.62 feet; (5) North 81' 53' 02" West 30.89
feet; (6) South 89' 29' 02" West 151.49 feet; (7) North 73'
55' 21" West 99.99 feet; (8) North 24' 13' 20" West 105.73
feet to a point on the East right-of-way line of Bowman
Road; thence along said right-of-way line North 01' 19' 02"
