OWNER'S RATIFICATION OF BILL OF ASSURANCE
THE STATE OF ARKANSAS
COUNTY OF PULASKI
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
WHEREAS, SCK PLACE, LLC is the owner of that certain real property described in
BILL OF ASSURANCE of HONEYSUCKLE PLACE, PULASKI COUNTY,
ARKANSAS, filed of record in the office of Pulaski County, Arkansas as instrument
number 2017025972 and (hereafter known as the "BILL OF ASSURANCE"), said tract
being further legally described in Exhibit A (hereafter known as the "PROPERTY")
attached hereto and made a part hereof for all purposes; and
WHEREAS, Sharon Keith re -platted the herein describe tract of land into a subdivision
known as HONEYSUCKLE PLACE, AN ADDITION TO PULASKI COUNTY,
ARKANSAS, recorded as document number document number 2017077471 in the office
of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
WHEREAS, the undersigned owner did not join in the signing of the BILL OF
ASSURANCE as part of the REPLAT OF HONEYSUCKLE PLACE, AN ADDITION
TO PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS, but is willing to ratify and confirm said
subdivision plat and consent to all its terms and conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS;
THAT the undersigned, by executing this Owner's Ratification of the Bill of Assurance:
(1) Confirm that it is, and was at the time of recording the BILL OF
ASSURANCE, the owner of the PROPERTY, and
(2) Hereby ratify, confirm and consent to the subdivision BILL OF
ASSURANCE of HONEYSUCKLE PLACE, AN ADDITION TO PULASKI
COUNTY, ARKANSAS and all terms and conditions therein contained, as
described and referred to herein and as described in as shown on the BILL OF
ASURANCE with the same force and effect as the undersigned had originally
joined in the BILL OF ASSURANCE or signed the BILL OF ASSURANCE.
