HomeMy WebLinkAboutCover Letter 081524Monte Moore, Development Administrator Planning and Development Department 723 West Markham Street Little Rock, AR 72201 (501) 371-4790 mmoorel.@Iittlerock.gov To whom it may concern, The application letter is regarding a submittal made by Nick Tucker, PS #1755, to the City of Little Rock Planning Board in regard to a Proposed Final and Preliminary Plat submittal for "Lots 9 thru 14 of Honeysuckle Place, Phase 2" as submitted to Monte Moore. The Bill of Assurance would be the same as the BOA filed for phase 1. It will be attached to the submittal for reference. Tucker Land Surveying is requesting that the proposed tract replat survey plat be reviewed by the board at the next available meeting. As a part of this submittal, Tucker Land Surveying, and its client, are not requesting a variance for any items. Tucker Land Surveying, and its client, are requesting this phase to be placed in a PDR per the attached application. Building heights fort he single family homes will not exceed the maximum height for R-2 zoning, 35 feet or 2.5 stories. The proposed development will feature single family homes that will have exterior facades matching the homes in the area and immediately adjacent to the property, brick, siding, or a combination of both.
