(3) notice exhibits referenced below for the September meeting.
If you have the notice exhibits for the meeting, please submit them right away. If not, the application will be deferred to the October meeting.

Subject: Notice of Public Hearing Affidavit for the September 12, 2024 Planning Commission Meeting
Good afternoon,
The notice attached contains updated information regarding the change in venue for Planning Commission meetings moving forward. Staff has been informed that the Board of Directors Chamber,
second floor, City Hall, is available for meetings. Please disregard any previous notice form(s) you have on file from this office as they are no longer current.
First things first: If you mailed out notices “correctly” for the August meeting and deferred to the September meeting, you may forward the notice via “regular mail” that has “CORRECTED”
atop the document as noted on the form, and provide the “regular mail affidavit” with notice exhibits.
Please provide to staff the affidavit, notice form and receipt obtained from the post office. If your office buys stamps in bulk, please provide a photograph of the stuffed envelopes
you mailed to landowners.
If this is the initial notice mailed for the September meeting to landowners withing 200 feet of the boundary of the site, please use the other notice form.
As a reminder, important dates for the September meeting are below:
Attached is the Notice of Public Hearing Affidavit and the draft agenda for the September 12, 2024, Planning Commission meeting.
Please use the attached agenda to verify your “Z” file number.
Notices must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, August 28, 2024.
Please provide the following notice exhibits below to Development staff no later than Friday, August 30, 2024:
Proof of notification. (Completed Notice of Public Hearing Form - attached).
Copy of the certified abstract List. (Please refer to the notice for mailouts instructions).
Certified mail receipts (The small green/white receipts reflecting the postmark stamp affixed by the post office. Please fill out the receipts to include the landowner’s address provided
by the title search).
