All signage must comply with the Highway 10 Overlay District standards. 5. Any sight lighting must be low-level and directed away from adjacent properties. 6. Provide details on all proposed walls. 7. Provide dimensions on revised sit plan from proposed buildings to all property lines. 8. Provide building height for both buildings. 9. Provide elevations for both buildings. 10. Provide NS/EW Cross Section through property and buildings. 11. Provide new traffic study.
