Attached is the Notice of Public Hearing Affidavit the July 11, 2024, Planning Commission meeting.
Notices must be postmarked no later than Wednesday, June 26, 2024.
The Z-file number is Z-5817-N.
Please provide the following notice exhibits below to Development staff no later than Friday, June 28, 2024:
Proof of notification. (Completed Notice of Public Hearing Form - attached).
Copy of the certified abstract List. (Please see the notice for mailouts requirement). Staff has this on file already, no need to resubmit.
Certified mail receipts (The small green/white receipts reflecting the postmark stamp affixed by the post office. Please fill out the receipts to include the landowner’s address provided
by the title search). May be forwarded via regular mail for the July meeting.
Finally, as a reminder, applicants are required to provide a photo to staff demonstrating the sign provided by this office was posted at the site. Please note the sign must be visible
from the street.

Good afternoon,
Yes. Notices will be required to be mailed to landowners for the July 11, 2024, meeting. However, Planning Commission By-Laws allow for applicants that notified correctly the first time,
to forward notices via regular mail and not certified mail. Therefore, forwarding notices via regular mail will suffice. Staff already has the ownership search on file so there’s no
need to resubmit it.
Please complete and submit the affidavit attached along with the receipt for postage. Come by the office and pick up another sign if the previous sign is too weathered and no longer
legible.

We have raised the sign to where it is visible. Working on some more clearance of the growth by the road. The rain has really made what was cleared grow fast.
I was also just informed that we have deferred. Will I need to to resend notices?
