Dear Susan:
This letter is to withdraw Planning & Development Item Z-3612-B (August 13th, 2024
Agenda Item #11.) from consideration by the Board of Directors.
Given that the application had been approved by the Planning Commission on July 11th,
2024 by a vote of nine (9) in favor and zero (0) against, and that no one had contacted
the applicants or their agent with questions or concerns prior to yesterday, the applicants
were unaware of any opposition to this application.
The applicants were advised this morning that one or more members of the Board of
Directors have received dozens of emails from concerned residents of the area. As good
neighbors, the applicants have elected to withdraw the application.
