500 Year Flood Plain as depicted on Panel 16 of the most
recent Flood Way and Flood Plain Map.
2. The water and sewer improvements will be from the
extension of the Little Rock Municipal Systems in accordance
with their requirements.
3. The street cross section will be 36 ft. wide curb and
gutter designed with 3 inches of asphalt overlain 8 inches of
gravel which overlays a compacted subgrade on top of which
will be a synthetic textile.
4. Along the east boundary there is a 50 ft. non -clearing
zone and there will be a 100 ft. building line to provide as
sufficient buffer to the residential properties to the east.
5. Zoning of this property is`I-1.
6. The proposed rights of way of interior streets are 60 ft.
wide and the allotted right of way off of Shackleford Road is
