3 A RESOLUTION TO APPROVE TWO (2) OPERATOR PERMITS AND
4 SIXTY(60)TAXICAB PERMITS FOR WHC,LITTLE ROCK,LLC,DB/A
5 ZTRIP AND DB/A YELLOW CAB, FOR THE PERIOD OF JANUARY 1,
6 2025, TO DECEMBER 31,2025; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

8 WHEREAS,WHC Little Rock,LLC, d/b/a zTrip and d/b/a Yellow Cab,has properly applied for the
9 approval of two(2)Operator Permits and sixty(60)Taxicab Permits,as set forth in Little Rock,Ark.,Rev.
10 Code§§34-48(1988),and the Fleet Services Director,as Administrator of this chapter,has concluded that
11 all necessary and appropriate requirements have been met and has recommended that these permits should
12 be granted for 2025.
13 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
14 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
15 Section 1. WHC Little Rock, LLC, d/b/a zTrip and d/b/a Yellow Cab is granted two (2) Operator
16 Permits and sixty(60)Taxicab Permits a term beginning January 1,2025,through December 31,2025.
17 Section 2. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
18 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
19 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of this resolution,which shall remain in full force and
20 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
21 resolution.
22 Section 3. Repealer. All laws, ordinances and resolutions, or parts of the same,that are inconsistent
23 with the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
