Dear Planning Committee,
I, Lorena De La Rosa, am the owner of the commercial lot located at 9123 Chicot Rd Little
Rock, AR 72209. The purpose of the property is to have my food truck(s) and a retail shop on it.
As of now, I have one food truck (owned by me) and a retail shop operating on the lot. However,
I am planning to open another food truck in the upcoming months which will also be stationed
on the lot. The survey and site plan will show every detail on the lot as well as any future plans.
I am submitting the following application to leave my food trucks permanently on the lot.
Attached are the required documents needed for the application. I am looking forward to the
meeting in September regarding my case.
