I would like to ask the planning and zoning committee to consider 719 N Spruce, Little Rock,
Arkansas 72205 for a zoning variance to a Short Term Rental-2. I own multiple businesses around
central Arkansas and feel this would bean added asset to the community. I will ensure that the
property is taken care of properly and be available for any issues that might arise. I also own the
commercial property directly in front of it and live very close.
