1. Is the STR currently in operation? If so, when did it start operating?
It is currently not in operation. The owner wanted it to go through variance. He owns many successful businesses throughout Little Rock and surrounding areas and has made a huge impact
on the community.
2. Provide details on the Short-Term Rental unit (how many bedrooms, baths, square footage, etc…)
2 bedroom, 1 bathroom 1302 Square feet with plenty of parking. Owner also owns the property directly in front of it thats zoned for residential
3. Will the entire unit be rented or will you be renting individual bedrooms?
The entire unit will be rented as a whole.
