BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. SECTION 1. That Chapter 31 of the Code of Ordinances be amended to provide for a waiver of certain requirements within the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Little Rock for Oholendt Subdivision (S-999) as follows: Subsection a. That Chapter 31, Section 31-201(h) which requires one-half of Master Street Plan specified improvements be provided on boundary streets, and provide a waiver of the requirement that one-half of Nash Lane and a sidewalk along the Nash Lane frontage be constructed and that Chapter 31, Section 31-231(g) which prohibits the platting of pipestem lots in a subdivision be waived and permit two pipestem lots for access to Nash Lane to be platted. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect thirty (30) days from and after its passage.
