said point being N 1' 07' W 465.00 feet and N 88' 53' E 15.47 feet of the SW Cor-
ner of the NW1, SW;, Section 27, T-1-N: R-13-W and on the east right-of-way of
Brodie Lane; thence N 0' 45' W along said east right-of-way 141.8 feet to the
point of beginning, containing 1.476 Acres more or less.
