That whereas Sandra Halbert Living Trust is the owner of Lots 24and Gina H. Prasifka Porter is the owner of Lot 36R, all
Pinnacle Valley Subdivision, Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.
That we, Sandra Halbert Living Trust and Gina H. Prasifka, mother -daughter, hereinafter termed grantors, have caused
the said tract of land to by surveyed by Brooks Surveying Inc., Professional Registered Land Surveyors and a plat thereof made
which is identified by the title of Lot 24R and 36RR, being a replat of Lots 24 and 36R, Pinnacle Valley Subdivision, Little Rock,
Pulaski County, Arkansas. By the signature of the said surveyor and the said grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval
executed by the Little Rock Plannin Commission and is on record in the Office of Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski
County, Arkansas as Instrument No.Ko10 C`{ r.,l and the grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance.
The grantors do hereby certify that they platted said real estate in accordance with said Plat. The lands embraced in said
plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation.
The purpose of this replat is to reconfigure the lots.
All Buildings and structures constructed on said property shall conform to the rules and regulations of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas. There are no changes to the building lines or easements as originally platted.
The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and ex-officio Recorder of Pulaski
County shall be valid and complete delivery and dedicalion of the sir is and easements shown on the said plat.
