THAT WHEREAS, Kelton R. Brown, Jr. & Valerie I Brown hereinafter called
"Grantors, are the owners of the following described property:

AND WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable to replat the above -described property.
NOW, THEREFORE, the Grantor has caused said lands to be surveyed by McGetrick
Engineering, Inc., Engineers and Land Surveyors, and a plat made thereof, identified by the title
"Lots 8R & 10R, Being a replat of Lots 8, 9 &10, Phase 11 Pinnacle Valley Subdivision, Little
Rock, Arkansas". The plat bears the signatures and seats of Patrick M. McGetrick, Registered
Professional Engineer, and Robert C. Lowe, Jr., Registered Professional Land Surveyor, the
signatures of the Grantors and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little hock
Planning Commission and is recorded in the records of the Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski
County, Arkansas, as Plat U � U
The filing of this plat for record shall constitute a complete and valid delivery of any and
all easements and/or rights -of -way which may be shown or designated on the plat.
The lands embraced by the plat shall be forever known as "Lots 8R and 10R, Being a
replaftf Lots 8, 9 & 10, Phase I.L.Pinnacle Valley Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas", and all
future conveyances shall refer to the lot number(s) as designatee'Ton the j:at.
All other provisions of the Bill of Assurance for Phase H of Pinnacle Valley Subdivision,
Document #96-17708 in the records of the Circuit County C_,erk='6f'JP`q k4i County, Arkansas,
