AND WHEREAS, the Grantors desire to plat the above described said lands into lots.
NOW, TIIEREFORE, the Grantors have caused said lands to be surveyed by McGetrick
& McGetrick, Inc., Engineers and Land Surveyors, and a plat made thereof identified by the title
"Lot 36R Phase II-D, Pinnacle Valley Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas". The plat bears the
signatures and seals of Patrick M. McGetrick, Registered Professional Engineer, and Robert C.
Lowe, Jr., Registered Professional Land Surveyor, the signatures of the Grantors and bears a
Certificate of Approval. executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission and is recorded in the
records of the Circuit County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as Plat �JJ'Yr
The filing of this plat for record shah constitute a complete and valid delivery of any and
all easements and/or rights -of -way, which may be shown or designated on the plat. -
The lands embraced by the plat shall be forever known as "Lot 36R, Phase II-D Pinnacle
Valley Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas", and every deed of conveyance shall bear the lot
designation as indicated on the plat.
All other provisions of the Original Bill of Assurance for Phase H-D Pinnacle Valley
Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas, recorded as Document in the records of the Circuit County
Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas shall remain in full force and effect.
