KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WHEREAS, Kelton R. Brown, Jr. and Valerie J. Brown
(Grantors) are the Owners of the majority of the lots in
Phase I, Pinnacle Valley Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas,
recorded as Plat E-325 in the records of the Circuit County
Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
AND WHEREAS, it is advisable and necessary to amend
said plat.
NOW, THEREFORE the Grantors have caused an amended plat
to be prepared by McGetrick Engineering, Inc., titled
"Amended Final Plat, Phase I, Pinnacle Valley Subdivision,
Little Rock, Arkansas", dated July 21, 1995. The plat bears
the signatures of Patrick M. McGetrick, Registered Profes-
sional Engineer, Robert C. Lowe, Registered Professional
Land Surveyor, the signatures of the Grantors, a Certificate
of Approval by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is
filed for record in the office of the Circuit County Clerk
of Pulaski County, Arkansas, as Plat
The Grantors do hereby amend the plat of Phase I, Pin-
nacle Valley Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas in accor-
dance with the above captioned plat. The Grantors further
certify that all provisions of the Bill of Assurance for
Phase I, Pinnacle Valley Subdivision, Little Rock, Arkansas,
recorded as Document #95-21289 in the records of the Circuit
County Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, shall remain in
full force and effect.
