A sewer main extension will be required with easements in order to serve all the lots shown. An existing 42" Force Main crosses the property. No connections shall be allowed to this force main. No permanent structure may be built over the Utility's existing easement. Should you have any questions concerning this matter, please call. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat.
