NOW, TII.EREFORE, WITNESSE':fl-i: The Grantors have caused the Property to be surveyed by Fred Nielsen, Registered Professional Land Surveyor, and George R. Toombs, Registered Professional Engineer, and a plat thereof made which is identified by the title "Pratt Cates Remmel Subdivision Plat of Tracts 2, 3 and 4" end the date and bears the signature of the said engineers and .Roland R. Remmel, as Agent for the Grantors, and bears a Certificate of Approval executed by the Little Rock Planning Commission, and is on record in the Office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas, in Plat Book at Page and the Grantors do hereby make this Bill of Assurance. The Grantors do hereby certify that they have replatted said real estate in accordance with said plat, and do ratify and confirm that Roland R. Remmel, as agent for the Grantors, has the authority to execute the said plat on behalf of the Grantors. The lands embraced in said plat shall be forever known as designated on said plat; and every deed of conveyance for said property shall use this designation. The filing of this Bill of Assurance and plat for record in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio Recorder of Pulaski County shall be a valid and complete delivery and dedication of the streets and easements shown on the said plat. i t AUG- 2-93 MON 14:18 r,UU All buildings constructed on said lots shall be constructed no nearer to the street than the building line shown on the plat, and all buildings shall be constructed in conformance with the Building Code and Zoning Ordinance of die City of Little Rock, Arkansas. This hill of Assurance may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, and any person may become a party hereto by executing a counterpart hereof, but all of such counterparts together shall be deemed to be one and the same instrument.
