Little Rock Planning and Permits Department,
I am seeking a variance at 19 Haywood Court, Little Rock, AR 72223 for a deck and pergola addition on the rear of
the house. I built the deck in 2022 without realizing there was a 25' minimum setback from the property
line. The deck extends approximately 4' over this minimum setback which is why I'm requesting this variance
