Please find attached the Notice of Public Hearing Affidavit for the October 17 , 2024, BOA meeting.
Please be mindful that the hearing notices must be postmarked no later than Friday, September 27, 2024.
Please provide notice exhibits to staff no later than Monday, September 30 , 2024, for review.
You may reference the attached Draft Agenda for your “Z” filing number and ordinance section of variance,
Please provide the following exhibits below to Development staff no later than September 30, 2024:
1. Proof of notification. ( Notice form completed)
2. Copy of Abstract List from a local licensed abstract company listing property owners within 200 feet.
3. Certified mail receipts (the small green receipts reflecting the postmark stamp).
