For toning variance at 5412 Centerwood , Little Rock Ar. 72207
I Don Perrymore of Perrymore Construction am asking for variance to
build a 3 car garage in back of property in behalf of owners John &
Julianne Saterfield .
They area 6 person family with extremely limited parking ,parking is only
allowed on one side of the street on their narrow street.
Every few weeks theives are going through cars looking for items to steal ,
mirrors are being hit by people driving by, cars are getting scratched ,
and not safe getting in & out of vehicles.
Their driveway cuts through to the school behind them and everyone
uses it for a cut through walking through their property on a daily basis.
We are asking to Please grant us this variance to get atleast 3 cars off the
street and stop the intrusion from people cutting through their private
property.
