4 ADD CERTAIN LANDS TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS,
5 TO ZONE SAID LAND TO I-3 HEAVY INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT (ZNOV 21 2024

8 WHEREAS, a petition for voluntary annexation(the "Petition")was filed with the County Clerk of
9 Pulaski County,Arkansas,praying that said lands be annexed to and made part of the City of Little Rock;
10 Arkansas;and,
11 WHEREAS,the County Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas found that the Petition was correct as to
12 form as required of Arkansas Code 14-40-101;and,
13 WHEREAS,on November 12,2024,the Pulaski County Judge has signed an Annexation Order No.
14 CI-2024-15 for the site requesting annexation; and,
15 WHEREAS,an accurate map of said lands has been filed with and made a part of said Petition;and,
16 WHEREAS, all things pertaining thereto have been done in the manner prescribed by law, and that
17 said lands should be annexed to and made part of the City of Little Rock.
18 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF'1'IIJ CITY
19 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
20 Section 1.The following described territory contiguous and adjoining the City of Little Rock,Arkansas
21 is accepted as annexed to and made a part of the City of Little Rock,Pulaski County,Arkansas,to wit:

16 respective utility allow the property owners within the annexation to extend service lines to the Little Rock
17 Water Reclamation System and Central Arkansas Water System from the effective date of the annexation.
18 Section 3. That the zoning classification of the following described property be zoned to I-3, Heavy
19 Commercial District:

25 Commencing at the SE Corner of said NE 1/4,SW 1/4,thence along the East line
26 of said NE 1/4,SW 1/4,North 02°18'Ol"East a distance of 1185.30 feet;thence North
27 87°41 '59" West a distance of 35.00 feet to a Point on the West Right of Way line of
28 Zueber Road,also being the Point Of Beginning; thence leaving said Right of Way

5 Section 4. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock,
6 Arkansas, and the Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects
7 necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 3 hereof.
8 Section 5.That the Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force 30 days after the date of its
9 passage and approval.
10 Section 6. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
11 word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
12 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and
13 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the
14 ordinance.
15 Section 7. Repealer. All ordinances or resolutions of the City in conflict herewith are hereby repealed
16 to the extent of such conflict.
