2 A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER
3 INTO A CONTRACT WITH QMERIT ELECTRIFICATION, LLC, IN AN
4 AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED SEVENTY-THREE THOUSAND, EIGHT
5 HUNDRED FORTY AND 72/100 DOLLARS ($73,840.72), PLUS
6 APPLICABLE TAXES AND FEES, FOR THE PURCHASE AND
7 INSTALLATION OF CHARGEPOINT DUAL PORT EV CHARGING
8 STATIONS FOR THE LITTLE ROCK FLEET SERVICES
9 DEPARTMENT;AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.

11 WHEREAS,the Fleet Services Department has a need to purchase four(4)Level 2 ChargePoint Dual
12 Port EV Charging Stations;and,
13 WHEREAS, Vendor selection was made through the utilization of the Sourcewell Contract No.
14 042221-CPI; and,
15 WHEREAS,the total cost for the purchase is not to exceed Seventy Three Thousand Eight Hundred
16 Forty and 72/100 Dollars($73,840.72),plus applicable fees and taxes;
17 NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY
18 OF LITTLE ROCK,ARKANSAS:
19 Section 1. The City Manager is authorized to enter into an agreement with Qmerit Electrification,
20 LLC in an amount not to exceed Seventy-Three Thousand Eight Hundred Forty and 72/100 Dollars
21 ($73,840.72), plus applicable fees and taxes, for the purchase of four(4) Level 2 ChargePoint Dual Port
22 EV Charging Stations for the Fleet Services Department.
23 Section 2. Funds for this purchase are allocated in the Fleet Fuel Operating Account 600011-72200.
24 Section 3. Severabiliry. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or
25 word of this resolution is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or
26 adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the resolution which shall remain in full force and
27 effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional were not originally a part of the
28 resolution.
29 Section 4. Repealer. All laws,ordinances,resolutions,or parts of the same,that are inconsistent with
30 the provisions of this resolution,are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
