The Board of Directors of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas met in a reconvened session
with Mayor Jim Dailey presiding. The roll was called by City Clerk, Nancy Wood, with
the following Directors present: Pugh, Stewart, Graves, Lichty, Kumpuris, Keck,
Adcock, Wyrick and Vice Mayor Cazort. Director Hinton was not present at roll call, but
enrolled at 4:20 PM.
The purpose of the reconvened meeting was to conduct an interview with one of the
candidates for the City Manager Position.
Vice Mayor Cazort made the motion to go into executive session; Director Keck
seconded the emotion, and by unanimous voice vote of the Board members present, the
meeting recessed at 4:14 PM to go into executive session.
The meeting reconvened at 5:40 PM. Mayor Dailey called the meeting back to order and
announced that the Board had interviewed Ms. Leona Plough as one of the finalist in the
Acuity Manager search. He announced that two other interviews would be conducted in
December. One interview would be held at a Special called meeting on December 2,
2002 to interview Mr. Bruce Moore, and the other interview wouold be conducted on
December 11, 2002 with Mr. Donald Cooper.
Director Kumpuris mad the motion to adjourn; seconded by Director Pugh. By
unanimous voice vote of the Board members present, the meeting adjourned at 5:45 PM.
