A. Staff Report
This submission represents a request for revision of an
improved preliminary plat for single family
development. The request includes: (1) changing Lots
F, G, H, J and a portion of Lot L, formerly zoned
"MF-18" and "MF-24" to 35 additional single family
lots. Lot L is reduced in size and platted for
commercial use. (2) Pinto Point and Bay Cove are added
and Wagonwheel Court is extended by 150 feet to add an
additional 850 lineal feet of minor residential
streets.

Change the name of Bay Cove.

C. Analysis
Staff has no problems with the request provided the
property is zoned in accordance with the lot sizes
proposed.
D. Staff Recommendation
Approval, subject to comments made.
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE REVIEW:
The applicant explained that a request for "R-3" zoning had
been submitted and would be either approved or denied before
the November 12 public hearing.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
The applicant was present. A motion for approval was made
and passed by a vote of: 11 ayes, 0 noes and 0 absent.
