A. EXISTING CONDITIONS
This plat amendment proposes only one change in the
present circumstances, that is in the number of lots.
The development will remain single family. The
immediate area is sparsely developed with the most
active area lying adjacent on the north.
B. EXISTING PUBLIC FACILITIES AND SERVICES
All are available at the site.
C. DEVELOPMENT PROPOSAL
The owner has determined that he needs a smaller lot
size to make a financially feasible development. The
revised plan reflects seven additional lots, no new
streets or change in layout.
D. CONFORMANCE TO ORDINANCE STANDARDS
The plat conforms. No variances are requested.
E. STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Approval as filed.
SUBDIVISION COMMITTEE RECOMMENDATION:
Approval as recommended by staff. The vote - 3 ayes,
0 noes.
PLANNING COMMISSION ACTION:
The applicant was present. There was a brief discussion,
followed by a motion to approve as recommended by the
Subdivision Committee. The motion passed by a vote of 8
ayes, 0 noes, 3 absent.
