I have attached a pdf of the preliminary plat for your reference and review. This site consists of Tracts (K-1 and K-2) of the Riverdale Addition to be replatted as Tract K-1-13, Riverdale Addition. As part of the process, we are required to get approval from all of the utility companies stating your approval of the plat. A formal letter is not required. Please review and reply to this email with any comments/questions you may have or stating your approval. Also, please state the sizes of any easements you will require.
