Attached is a copy of a proposed replat of three large tracts on the AlltelNerizon campus at Riverfront Drive. Please
review for any additional easements that may be necessary. We have located what we believe to be all public utilities in
these tracts and it appears the public portions of the lines are all within easements at this time.
I will need your reply of approval to submit to CLR Planning to proceed with the replat. Please contact me if you have any
questions or require additional easements to be provided.

Per your request, we have evaluated your survey of the proposed re -plat of tract E-2, tract F, & tract G-1
of the Riverdale Addition in Little Rock, AR. CenterPoint Energy currently has natural gas facilities within
the proposed re -plat area which are located within the easements and right -or -ways included in your
survey. Therefore, we approve the re -plat request as it was submitted to us for review and we will not
require additional easements within the proposed re -plat area at this time.
