WHEREAS, the undersigned, Student Loan Guarantee Foundation of
Arkansas, Inc. (SLGFA), is record owner of the property described herein; and,
WHEREAS the SLGFA wishes to file plats in regard to this property
reflecting a survey dividing the SLGFA's property; and,
WHEREAS, Pleasant Valley, Inc. has caused to be filed certain
declarations of covenants and restrictions, recorded in Book 131-)6. page 389;
Book 1381, Page 109; and Instrument No. 77-00808; all in the records of Pulaski
County, Arkansas which affects this property; and,
WHEREAS, the SLGFA wishes to re -affirm these covenants and
