PLEASANT RIDGE SQUARE
This Supplement to Bill of Assurance of Pleasant Ridge Square is made by Pleasant Ridge
Development Company ("Pleasant Ridge") (the "Developer" or the "Declarant") as hereinafter set
forth.
WHEREAS, Developer caused to be filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk and Ex-Officio
Recorder of Pulaski County, Arkansas that certain Bill of Assurance of Pleasant Ridge Square on
January 30, 1995 as Instrument No. 95-5442 (the "Original Bill of Assurance") creating the Pleasant
Ridge Square addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
WHEREAS, the Developer has a right to bring within the Bill of Assurance additional
properties; and
WHEREAS, Developer hereby dedicates and declares that the property described on Exhibit
"A", attached hereto and made a part hereof, shall be held, transferred, sold, conveyed and occupied
subject to the Original Bill of Assurance, and all Amendments thereto, and such property herein
described on Exhibit "A" shall be forever known as and constitute a part of the community of the
Pleasant Ridge Square Addition; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed desirable that the Property be platted as shown on the plat filed
herewith.
NOW, THEREFORE, Pleasant Ridge Development Company for and in consideration of the

Comprehensive Planning of the City of Little Rock, and showing the boundaries and dimensions of
the Property now being platted (the "Plat")
There are shown on said Plat certain easements for access, traffic control, drainage and/or
uti'1 bs which Pleasant Ridge hereby donates and dedicates to the public and for the use of the public

and public utilities, the same being, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, electric power,
gas, telephone, water, sewer and cable television with the right hereby granted to the persons, firms
or corporations engaged in the supplying of such utilities to use and occupy such easements, and to
have free ingress and egress therefrom for the installation, maintenance, repair and replacement of
such utility services.

The Property is further subject to a Landscape Buffer as more particularly described on the

delivery and dedication of the easements and other restrictions reflected on the Plat.

Addition to the City of Little Rock, and any and every deed of conveyance describing the same by
the references shown on said Plat shall always be deemed a sufficient description thereof.
