The request is to eliminate sidewalks on one side of Pleasant Ridge Drive in front of Lots 4, 5 and 6. These lots are zoned for multi- family use. The attached plat indicates sidewalks on both sides of Pleasant Ridge Drive in the area of commercial zoning and on one side in the area of multi -family zoning. The cross street slope inthe area of the waiver request is very steep. The sidewalk on the high side is very difficult to construct and also very difficult to maintain and keep free of debris (reference Evergreen just East of University) .
