Pleasant Ridge Apartments - Highway 10 and
Pleasant Ridge Road
The engineering staff was asked by George Toombs of the Cromwell Firm to
review the site plan of the above mentioned project and reply to your office.
The following are comments concerning this project:
Drainage - Storm drainage is approved to tie into city system.
Street improvements - Street improvements are in place on Pleasant Ridge
Road and are approved by Public Works.
Sidewalks - A sidewalk is required along Pleasant Ridge Road as per previous
engineering comments to the planning commission.
