A RESOLUTION MAKING A REAPPOINTMENT TO THE
LITTLE ROCK HOUSING AUTHORITY; AND FOR OTHER
PURPOSES.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
SECTION 1. The following named person is hereby reappointed as a member of the Little Rock
Housing Authority:
Ronald L. Sheffield, reappointed to serve his second five -year term beginning on October 1,
2006, said term expiring on October 1, 2011.
SECTION 2. This resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
ADOPTED: November 6, 2006

Dear Ms. Blocker:
Attached is a Certificate of Re- appointment in connection with the reappointment
of Mr. Ronald L. Sheffield Commissioner of the Housing Authority of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas.
At our October 3, 2006 regular meeting, the Board of Commissioners reappointed
Mr. Ronald L. Sheffield on the Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas. Also attached are Certificates of the Mayor and
Certificates of the City Clerk.
It will be appreciated if you will see that these documents are placed in the
channels for action.
After these papers have been acted upon, will you please retain the original
Certificates of Appointment for your files and forward the remaining copies to this office
as soon as possible.

THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE HOUSING AUTHORITY
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS HELD
ON THE 3rd DAY OF OCTOBER, 2006
The Board of Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas met in Regular Session at the Administration Offices, 1000 Wolfe Street, Little
Rock, Arkansas at 12:00 pm on October 3, 2006.
The Chairperson called the Regular Session to order and upon roll call the
following Commissioners answered present:
Commissioners present: Copeland, Gray, Swinney, and Walker
The Chairperson thereupon declared a quorum present and the regular meeting
called to order.
Commissioner Gray introduced the following Resolution and moved for its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO: #6301
REAPPOINTMENT OF RONALD L. SHEFFIELD AS COMMISSIONER
Commissioner Walker seconded the Motion. The following vote was recorded as
follows: "Ayes " - Commissioner Copeland, Gray, Swinney, and Walker / "Nays " -
None. The Chairperson Thereupon declared the motion carried and the motion carried.
There being no further business to properly come before the Board, the meeting
was adjourned.
CERTIFICATE OF REAPPOINTMENT
We, Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock
Arkansas, by virtue of the authority vested in us by the Act to Provide a Method of
Filing Vacancies on Municipal Housing Authority Boards, Act 77 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of 1943, do hereby reappoint Ronald Sheffield as Commissioner
of the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas for a term beginning
October 1, 2006 and to expire September 30, 2011.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto signed our name as
Commissioners of the Housing Authority of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas and
cause the official Corporate Seal of Authority of Little Rock, Arkansas to be
attached hereto this Yd day of October, 2006.
