We wish to be placed on the September 19th, 2024 Board of Adjustment Meeting agenda. We are requesting a variance to Section 36- 156.a).a.2.b to allow an accessory building connection to the main residence to be enclosed. The garage is a separate structure from the main house with an approximate nine and a half foot separation. For convenience and security, the owner would like to enclose the seven and half foot wide breezeway between the two structures. Enclosed please find a check for the review fee in the amount of $105.00. If any additional information is desired, please let us know. We thank you for your consideration.
