Please accept this letter to serve as our application for the above reference
submittal. We wish to be placed on the September 19th, 2024 Board of
Adjustment Meeting agenda. We are requesting a variance to Section 36-
156.a).a.2.b to allow an accessory building connection to the main residence to
be enclosed.
The garage is a separate structure from the main house with an approximate nine
and a half foot separation. For convenience and security, the owner would like to
enclose the seven and half foot wide breezeway between the two structures.
Enclosed please find a check for the review fee in the amount of $105.00.
