To Whom it May Concern,
We are requesting rezoning of the above address to allow the following:
Construction partially covered rear patio to replace the existing deck. The proposed patio would
encroach on the current rear setback by 3'.
We are requesting the rear setback be changed from 25' to 22' to allows the construction of the new
patio.
We believe this will add value to the existing home and the neighborhood as a whole, and does not
present any detracting element to the property or the neighbors.
