Front Yard Setback Variance
Mr. Thrower:
Please accept this letter to serve as our application for a front yard setback variance at 5607 Country Club
Boulevard, Little Rock, Arkansas. We wish to be placed on the July 18th 2024 Board of Adjustment’s agenda.
The owners wish to construct a new residential home on the lot as shown on the survey. The current
residence will be demolished. The lot is an irregularly shaped corner lot with very little depth. The current
residence is over the front building setback line, and the new residence proposes to follow a similar footprint
over the front building setback.

1. Survey of property showing existing conditions.
2. Survey of property showing the proposed improvements.
3. Architectural renderings.
4. Application for Zoning Variance form
5. Agent Affidavit
