The correspondence you are referring to is regarding the hearing notice applicants mail to owners within 200 feet of said variance request. There were two (2) emails: the initial email
contained the notice form for your mailouts, the second email contained the BOA agenda I failed to attach in the initial email.
The agenda and notice are provided as attachments.

T. Thrower. Good afternoon. Upon opening this email and searching vigorously all I have found is a blank application and meeting agenda.
I am assuming the application is a repeat of what I had previously submitted. I presume I need to send a notice of public hearing affidavit: which appears to be absent. Please advise.
