HomeMy WebLinkAboutCover Letter 052824Apr 10, 2024 To: Little Rock, - Dept. of Planning and Development RE: Variance Request Randy Wright Builders is requesting a residential building setback variance on 3819 Gordon Road, Lot 5 Block 1, Bear Den Estates, Little Rock AR As seen in the proposed survey, the covered deck area will cross approximately 5 feet across the building setback line on the back right side of the house. There is a total green space behind the area owned by Bear Den Estates developer. The developer has provided his approval, along with several of the owners on each side. Signatures will be available when requested. Please let me know if this qualifies for a variance application and I will proceed with affidavits, signs, fees etc. Any questions please feel free to contact me.
