THE LITTLE ROCK BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
ON AN APPLICATION FOR A ZONING VARIANCE

filed with the Department of Planning and Development, 723 West Markham, requesting variance(s) from:

The 25' minimum side setback provisions of Section 36-280 - O-2 Office and Institutional District of
the Little Rock Code of Ordinance to permit the proposed building expansion footprint to align with
the existing structure's setback which falls within the 25' side yard setback requirement.
A public hearing on said application will be held at the Willie L. Hinton Neighborhood Resource Center
located at 3805 W. 12th Street, Little Rock, Arkansas, on: June 20, 2024, at 4:00 pm.
All parties in interest may appear and be heard at said time and place or may notify the Board of Adjustment
of their views on this matter by letter. All persons interested in this request are invited to call or visit the
Department of Planning and Development, 723 West Markham, 1st Floor to review the application and
discuss same with the Zoning Administrator at 371-4790.
