To whom this may concern this letter is intended to provide an
explanation of the need a carport/storage building at 34101 St
Little Rock, AR 72205. 1 Edin Garza with Capital Renovations LLC
have been authorized by the home owner Sandra Steele to act as
her agent on this variance application process.
Sandra's house at 34101 St is a split level house with very limited
to no storage at all.
The landscape out back is extremely sloped and does not allow
for a storage shed and even if it did the inly safe way to get to it
would be through the inside of the house due to the steep
landscape on the sides of the house. Sandra is in need of
storage for all her gardening and outdoor tools, personal items as
bicycles and such. A carport is very much needed to shelter the
home owner from rain, snow and hail on bad weather days as
well as keeping her car safe from the sun, hail, snow and rain.
In conclusion the need for this structure is significant and we
would like to ask for you to consider the approval of such.
