Chris,
City offices were not closed yesterday.
There is no grace period regarding notices. Notices to landowners for items going to the BOA must be postmarked by the applicant no later than ten (10) days prior to the meeting with
notice exhibits submitted to staff no later than six (6) days prior to the meeting.
If the notices were not postmarked on April 8, 2024, the application must be deferred the May meeting.

Torrence, is there any grace on post mark? they were going out this AM... We were unable to get out yesterday!!!!
Thought City offices were closed for the eclipse..
I can bring post marked receipts at lunch???

No new paperwork is required for resubmittal. The only task applicants must complete is to send notices to landowners within 200’, ten (10) days prior to the meeting as required and
provide proof of notification to staff no later than six (6) days prior to the meeting.
For March BOA applicants, the last day to postmark notices is April 8, 2024. Staff will be checking for notices for the April meeting later today and will follow up as necessary.

Good morning, I was checking to see if I needed to fill out an application again or if all of that paperwork is still in play? Guessing I need to rehang the sign and get you the certified
mail receipts?
