There is no grace period regarding notices. Notices to landowners for items going to the BOA must be postmarked by the applicant no later than ten (10) days prior to the meeting with notice exhibits submitted to staff no later than six (6) days prior to the meeting. If the notices were not postmarked on April 8, 2024, the application must be deferred the May meeting.
