Chris,
There are only two (2) items remaining regarding you application:
Obtain a certified 200’ ownership list from a title company or in the case of single-family and two-family (duplex) the applicant may take upon the task of generating the 200’ ownership
search. However, the applicant must provide the data demonstrating how the required landowners was obtained and proof of mailing. The notices may be forwarded via regular mail, or the
petition may be signed by the landowners via door-to-door contact. The risk in doing your own search is being careful not to miss anyone or the application will be deferred to the following
month’s agenda.
Finally, please attend the meeting or your representative on March 21, 2024.

Can you please tell me what may responsibilities are and my next steps... I know I have to go to the title company and send notices as well as post the sign on the property.. But I
do not want to miss any deadlines...
