Commercial Subdivision, in the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of Lot A of said Southwest
City Commercial Subdivision, said corner lying on the South line of said Lot B-R; thence North
89 degrees 03 minutes West along said South line, 26.15 feet to the Southeast corner of Tract 1,
said Southwest City Commercial Subdivision; thence North 0 degrees 07 minutes West along the
East line of said Tract No. 1, 116.0 feet to a point; thence South 89 degrees 03 minutes East, 28.31
feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot "A", thence South 0 degrees 57 minutes West along the
