To Whom it May Concern:
I am writing about a proposed room addition to my house at 1701 N. Palm, Little Rock, AR
72202. `Based on the proposed dimension of 20x12.5, I believe I would require front yard
setback variance and a side yard setback variance. Based on the design, the front yard appears
to encroach on the line by a few feet, but my neighbor's house and other houses on the block
appear to reach to my new proposed line. On my side yard, the proposed addition is at 6' so I
am 1'-6 %" into the allowed setback. The proposed addition will add both curb appeal to the
existing structure, as well an beautify the street/neighborhood with minimal impact to the
footprint, and align with neighbors' houses.
