On behalf of property owner Merry Zakrzewski Sublett Construction Services, LLC is requesting
a zoning variance to allow for the construction of a new 50' x 80' pre-engineered metal building.
The new building is proposed to be constructed in the SW corner of the property as shown in
the current survey. This building is for hobby use to perform canine agility drills during
unfavorable weather conditions. Due to excessive slopes and flooding conditions during high
volume periods of rain in all areas behind the residence the proposed location is the best suited
area for feasible constructability. In addition to the benefit of constructability the proposed
location also presents a reduced line of site from existing neighbors.
