Dear Board of Adjustment,
I would like to request a zoning variance for my residential property at 116 Vahnar St,
Little Rock, Arkansas so that the space now occupied by a deck and shed can be
repurposed as a guest house. The existing outbuilding and deck are in poor repair and
need of renovation. The proposed guesthouse will be utilizing the same space more
efficiently and will provide additional living space for our family.
