Please use the March 21, 2024, agenda that is attached to complete your notices. Edits have been made to the zoning citation regarding your application request.
Please find attached the Notice of Public Hearing Affidavit for the March 21, 2024, BOA meeting.
Please be mindful hearing notices must be postmarked no later than Monday, March 11, 2024.
You may reference the attached Draft Agenda for your “Z” filing number and ordinance section of variance.
Please provide the following exhibits below to Development staff no later than Wednesday, March 13, 2024:
Proof of notification. (Notice form completed)
Copy of Abstract List from a local licensed abstract company listing landowners within 200 feet of subject property.
Certified mail receipts (the small green/white receipts reflecting the postmark stamp – please fill out these receipts with the landowners’ mailing address).
