(2) The 502 provisions of Section 36 of the Little Rock Code of Ordinances to permit the reduction in required on street parking to provide five (5) parking stalls with zero (0) ADA stalls. (3) The 96 provisions of Section 15 of the Little Rock Code of Ordinances to permit no perimeter planting strip.
